In a effort to keep our prices competitive, we have a few suggestions to share with your about returning used product. Please be aware that returned inventory must be destroyed and cannot be repackaged or resold. This drives up the cost of our products if the product is not used and has to be thrown away.

Therefore, if you cannot use the product we suggest offering it to a friend or family member as a gift who may benefit from the 60 day program or from any of our other excellent products that you may order and decide not to use.

     If product is damaged during shipment, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. You will be responsible for the cost for new product and any shipping charges that apply.

If you must return the product to us, send the unused portions in their original containers to the address on your receipt or call for return instructions at 505.906.9224. This applies to only those orders placed from our web site. We offer a refund for your order if it is returned within sixty days of purchase date. We do not refund shipping charges.

You the customer are responsible for any postage charges you accrue in sending your items back to us. Please include a UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION number with your return so that we may track your returns in the event they are lost, stolen or misplaced during transit.

ORIGINAL CONTAINERS MUST BE RETURNED IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR REFUND.

ALL ORDERS, INCLUDING SPECIAL DISCOUNT ORDERS, MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT.

When ordering, please be sure you provide a legitimate delivery address and will be present to receive it. We will ship to physical addresses as well as a PO BOX and military addresses. If you are not present to receive your package, your local post office will leave a notice in your mailbox for you to pick up your package at the designated branch in your area. 

We will ship to INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS. We charge a flat rate of $45.00 PER ORDER for International shipments. In the event of an overcharge on shipping, we will refund you the difference.

We are not responsible, nor will we give refunds for orders seized by Customs in an International Destination, where the product is not returned to us by Customs. Some countries will not allow our products to enter due to regulations. Please check with your Customs Office regarding the receiving of our products into your country. It is advisable for you to print a copy of our INGREDIENTS LIST from our COMPONENT INGREDIENTS page and contact Customs in your area to be sure your country will allow entry of our products.

We do not insure our shipments. Should you wish insurance for your package, please notify us at the time you place your order. You the customer are responsible for paying insurance charges for your package.
